Decried as "Spam" by the University of Southern California's Center on Public Diplomacy

Despite the hope of submitting a modest comment to Professor R.S. Zaharna's recent thought-provoking posting on the USC PD blog, "Basketball Diplomacy in CNN’s Court," I have been repeatedly informed of the below, with my harmless words never posted on the USC PD website. Is this form of "spam-control" the latest USC PD vision of "public diplomacy"?
