Paganism
In my youthful old age (am still going through puberty) I find myself increasingly inclined toward paganism, Greek/Roman style.
The ancients had the perfect way of solving the eternal riddle i.e., why a perfect Being would create an imperfect world.
Answer: The gods themselves are imperfect.
And these imperfect gods didn't have to put one of theirs on a crucifix to make their point.
They had other ways of getting their all-too-human revenge.
Zeus would have made a first-rate NFL quarterback.
Am not so sure about Jehovah.
