Brian Riley, director of credit advisory service at Mercator, cited in Anna Maria Andriotis, "Credit-Card Issuers Boost Spending on Social-Media Ads: American Express and Capital One have significantly increased ad spending on Facebook for consumer credit cards," The Wall Street Journal (April 23, 2019), which notes: "Credit-card pitches are moving from the mailbox to the social-media feed."
