[R]ice-skater Rice and her "sad-story" Georgia on her mind ...

John Brown [slightly edited Facebook entry]
23 hrs
From the below-cited article by Rice: "I personally negotiated [JB - dit-elle modestement ] the final agreement that ended the war.
Sitting in Saakashvili’s  office  — working from the French draft — we made important changes ..." [JB - on Saakashvili's recent, laughable political adventures see.]
But from her own admission, Dr. Rice had this to say about her uneasy relationship with the language of Voltaire:
"I can't speak it, because I was never very good at French." (See this -- her statement on her mastery of French -- in the below-cited article in the "comments" section.)
Also note, most important, her "honest" confession in her Washingon Post article: "Georgia survived. It is still a sad story."
